Flozi is designed to support legitimate business use.

Most customers will never approach platform limits.

Activities that consume disproportionately high resources compared to intended plan usage may be reviewed under this Policy.

We reserve the right to investigate unusual, excessive, or potentially abusive usage patterns.

AI Resource Usage

AI-powered features are among the most resource-intensive components of the Services.

Examples include:

SEO recommendations
AEO recommendations
Content evaluations
Metadata generation
Content optimization suggestions
Semantic analyses
Site audits
AI-assisted content creation
AI-generated reports

To ensure consistent service quality, Flozi may apply plan-based limits to AI-related activity.

Website and Content Analysis

Flozi may impose limits on the volume of content analyzed through the Services.

This may include:

Website pages
Blog articles
Product pages
Collection pages
Ecommerce content
CMS content
Uploaded assets
Connected platform content

These limits help ensure reliable platform performance and equitable resource allocation.

Integrations and Connected Platforms

Flozi may apply limits relating to connected services, including:

Shopify stores
Webflow sites
Google Search Console properties
Google Analytics properties
Future integrations

Such limits may vary by subscription plan.

Team and Workspace Usage

Subscription plans may include limits relating to:

User seats
Team members
Workspaces
Organizations
Collaboration features

Workspace administrators are responsible for managing access and usage within their organizations.

Monitoring and Scheduled Processing

Flozi may provide recurring monitoring, auditing, tracking, reporting, or automated analysis features.

To maintain platform performance, plan-based limits may apply to:

Scheduled audits
Monitoring frequency
Automated reports
Background processing jobs
Recurring analyses

Excessive or Abusive Usage

The following activities may violate this Policy:

Attempts to bypass plan limits
Automated creation of accounts
Excessive automated requests
Resource abuse
Artificial usage inflation
Unauthorized scraping
Circumvention of billing controls
Abuse of AI systems
Excessive integration connections
Activities that negatively impact platform performance
Activities that interfere with other customers’ use of the Services

Flozi may investigate any activity reasonably believed to violate this Policy.

Exceeding Plan Limits

If usage approaches or exceeds the limits associated with a subscription plan, Flozi may:

Notify the account owner
Display usage warnings
Recommend a plan upgrade
Require migration to a higher-tier plan
Temporarily restrict access to affected features
Apply other reasonable measures necessary to protect platform operations

In most cases, customers will be given the opportunity to upgrade before access to affected features is restricted.

Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers may be subject to custom limits, usage allowances, commercial terms, and service agreements.

Where a conflict exists between this Policy and an enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement will control.

Future Services and Features

Flozi continually evolves its Services.

As new products, AI capabilities, integrations, APIs, automation tools, and platform features are introduced, additional usage limits and resource management mechanisms may apply.

Flozi reserves the right to introduce, modify, remove, or adjust usage limits as reasonably necessary to maintain platform reliability, security, and performance.

Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in:

Usage restrictions
Feature limitations
Account review
Suspension of Services
Termination of Services
Other actions permitted under the Terms and Conditions

Flozi will generally attempt to work with customers to resolve usage issues before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, users, or third parties.

If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Services, email, or other reasonable means.

Continued use of the Services after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
